4. You cannot open up programs at all or you receive error message when doing so.

Your desktop icons do not display at bootup or freeze when you try to click on them.

Your CPU or memory usuage is near or at the maximum level even if computer is idle.
Q: How Long Does It Take to Fix My Computer In-Shop ?
A: Many computer software problems can be addressed within 1-2 business days.
Computer hardware issues can be addressed just as quickly if parts are in inventory.
These are general guidelines and same day work sometimes can be performed as well.
However, the nature of some repairs may require near a week for completion (i.e. Laptop Jack Replacement).
Q: Is My Data Safe During the Repair ?
A:Your personal or company data is completely safe during the repair process.
We have never lost or jeopardized any clients data during our work. This is possible because of the
utmost care and procedures in place.
Q: What Should I Bring If I Need to Bring In My Desktop/Laptop ?
A: Desktop: You just need to bring in the desktop tower itself. No other cables or devices are needed.
Laptop: You need to bring in the laptop and its power cord. No other cables or devices are needed.
There may be special circumstances where other devices may be required to repair the problem.
If you are unsure, please ask us and we will let you know what you need to bring for the problem at hand.
Q: How Come I Have a Virus Even Though I Have an Anti-Virus ?
A: Even though anti-virus programs are designed to block and or remove viruses and other malware,
there is no such thing as 100% protection. Due to the extremely high rate of virus outbreaks and the
many methods of infection there is no way to prevent everything.

Q: I Spilled a Drink on My Laptop. What's Next ?
A: Turn off the laptop immediately and remove the battery from the back. **Carefully** lay your laptop
down on something to elevate it. The keyboard should be upside down or inclined enough to allow liquid to fall out.
Allow this to "dry" for 24 hours. If it does not turn on or if the keyboard keys do not work or stick, call us and we can tell
you what we can do to repair it.
Q: I Hear an Unusual Noise Coming from My Computer. What Do I Do ?
A: Write down what the noise sounds like. Be descriptive as possible.
Call us and ask to find out if it's something that needs to be looked at right away or not.
